Adding products to the shopping cart

You can add products to the shopping cart by searching for the product you are looking for or by browsing a list of products via product groups.

Searching for products

You can search for products using the name search, product search or product groups. The name search searches for products by name and product number.

Order terms and conditions

When placing an order, customers must enter their name and address. Before confirming an order, customers must read valid delivery terms.

Placing an order

You can add a product to the shopping cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button. The shopping cart at the top of the page indicates the number of products you have added to the cart. You can add products to the shopping cart or remove products from it.

Once you have added all the products you want to buy to the shopping cart, click the shopping cart icon. In the shopping cart view that opens, you can view the products you are about to order and enter delivery details. Next, you need to verify your order and select a payment method.

Payment service provider

The payment transfer service and payment service provider is Paytrail Plc (business ID: 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail is shown as the payment recipient in an account statement or card invoice, and it transfers the payment to the seller. Paytrail is a licensed payment institution. If you want to send a customer complaint, please send it primarily to the product supplier.

Online banks

The payment transfer service related to online banking is provided by Paytrail Plc (business ID: 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For users, the service works similarly to regular online banks.

Benefits for registered customers

  • Browsing previous orders: browsing previous orders and the delivery status of ordered products.
  • Simple orders: customer details are completed automatically for orders. Registered users do not need to complete their details when placing a new order.

Registration is free and does not require placing an order.

Obligations of registered customers

When registering, customers need to select a username and password. Registered customers are obligated to ensure that their username and password are not misplaced. Registered customers are responsible for all orders placed using their credentials. If a password is forgotten, customers can order a new password by entering their email address in the “Haver you forgotten your password?” field on the front page of the online shop.

Settlement of disputes concerning a transaction

If the parties cannot negotiate a settlement for a dispute concerning a transaction, consumers can forward the case to the Consumer Disputes Board ( for settlement.
