Delivery Terms and Terms of Use
Placing an order signifies acceptance of the Delivery Terms, and compliance with them. Orders for online courses are additionally subject to the Online Course Terms of Use, accessible via a provided link.

Delivery methods
If you select pick-up from a post office, your order will be sent to your nearest post office. (Finland only)
Delivery fees
6.90 € pick-up from a post office
8.90 € delivery to recipient
20,00 € delivery abroad
The delivery fee is always delivery-specific. It is charged once per order, and it does not change depending on the number of delivery batches. The delivery fee will be invoiced in conjunction with the first delivery batch.
Delivery times
The delivery time depends on the availability of the products ordered. The availability is always indicated together with basic product information. Products in stock are shipped within 1–3 working days of placing the order. The delivery times of other products vary depending on availability. On top of the basic delivery time, products delivered within Europe take 3–7 additional working days and products ordered outside Europe take 6–14 additional working days.
Orders may be delivered in several batches, and ordered products will be invoiced per delivery batch.
If a delivery is significantly delayed, we will immediately notify the customer of the delay. Customers may cancel their order if their products are not delivered in the time indicated in the online shop. Registered customers can track their delivery process in the online shop.
Cancelling an order and the right to return products, printed matter
According to the Consumer Protection Act, customers of the online shop have the right to cancel their order or part thereof within fourteen (14) days of receiving their products.

Order cancellation and right of return, online courses
The online course compares to digital learning materials that have no right of withdrawal or right of return. They are services in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, where the service has been fully performed or the delivery of digital content by electronic means has begun before the end of the withdrawal period. When ordering an online course, the customer agrees that the contract will be fulfilled within the withdrawal period and not until 14 days after the purchase. The customer has been informed of the lack of the right of withdrawal. (Consumer Protection Act, Chapter 6, Section 14, Section 15 and Section 16).
